Delivery Charges

There is a minimum order requirement of RM750. For orders between RM750-1799, there will be a RM35 delivery charge. 

Free delivery for orders above RM1,800 (West Malaysia).

Please kindly check with your sales representatives for East Malaysia orders.

Delivery Lead-time

Daily order cut-off time: 12 noon

Prepaid Trade Customer – Order will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days; upon the confirmation of order and receipt of payment.

Term Trade Customer – Order will be delivered within 2 -4 working days; upon the confirmation of order.

An order submitted after 12 noon will be treated as the following business day (Day 2) order.

Please call your sales representative if you have any urgent delivery request.

You may incur Express/ Overtime Charges for the order.
